Accepted changes, review effort, corrections, and customer value.

Illustration: defaults are assumptions, not benchmarks. Any vendor price is dated beside the source; enter the actual contract price for a business case. Capacity released becomes cash savings only if spending changes.

Anthropic: Claude Sonnet 5.5 at $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens. Cache hits cost a tenth of the input price, and batch requests half. Tokens per task are an example: measure them on real tasks.
